Porterhouse Steak With Roasted Baby Potatoes, Sautéed Broccolini & Chilli, Herbed Sour Cream

Step 1

Remove the steak from the packet, season with salt and pepper, and rub in a little oil.

Step 2

Preheat your oven to 200°C. Cut the potatoes in halves or quarters, toss in 1 tablespoon olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 15 minutes or until golden.

Step 3

Heat a large frypan to a high heat. Trim the broccolini ends and slice the chili (remove seeds if desired).

Step 4

Sear the steaks for 4 minutes on each side, then set aside to rest. Using the same pan, wipe or rinse the pan with a little water. Over high heat, add a tablespoon of oil. Add the chili and sauté for 1 minute, then add the broccolini and sauté for another 2 minutes.

Step 5

Serve alongside the steak and potatoes, and drizzle with herbed sour cream.
