Philly Cheese Sizzle Steak

Instructions
Step 1
Slice steak thinly across the grain.
Step 2
Cook onions and capsicum in olive oil until caramelised. Set aside.
Step 3
Crank the heat and cook the steak until heavily browned.
Step 4
Add the capsicum and onion back in and sprinkle oregano, paprika, garlic and onion powder and cook until fragrant.
Step 5
Toss everything together, top with cheese and let it melt.
Step 6
Enjoy while it’s still sizzling with a sprinkle of spring onions.
