Pepper Beef & Broccoli

Instructions
Step 1
Slice beef thinly and prep broccoli.
Step 2
Heat a wok with oil, stir-fry broccoli 2–3 mins until just tender.
Step 3
Remove and add beef to pan, cook 1–2 mins on high heat.
Step 4
Toss in sesame oil, ginger + garlic until fragrant.
Step 5
Add oyster sauce, and cooked broccoli and toss to coat.
Step 6
Serve hot with steamed rice and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
