Cooking instructions (oven):
Take roast out of fridge 15 min prior to cooking. Remove bag but leave the net on. Preheat fan forced oven to 180C.
Cover with foil and place on a lined baking tray. Cook for 2 hours per kilo. Remove foil 30 min before the end of cooking time.
Cover with foil for 15 min, remove netting before carving and serve.
Cooking instructions (slow cooker):
Unwrap, keep the net on, put in slow cooker with 1 ½ cups of water.
High for 5-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
Remove netting, thinly slice and serve.
