Ingredients
2 x pack Harvey Beef Gourmet Selection Rosemary and Garlic Burgers (or if you use a single burger patty only use 1 pack)
4 rashers of smokey bacon
2 Tbps extra virgin olive oil
2 cups cos lettuce, torn
½ cup Ranch dressing
30g shaved parmesan
1 pear, cored and sliced thinly
4 soft white burger buns
To Prepare
1. Drizzle the oil into a pan and place over medium high heat
2. Add bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from pan and set aside
3. Add beef burgers to the pan and cook for 4 minutes on one side, pressing down on the burger patty to flatten during cooking.
4. Turn burgers and continue cooking for a further 4 minutes or until cooked through.
5. Meanwhile in a bowl, mix ranch dressing together with cos lettuce, parmesan and pear. Toss to coat salad.
6. Slice buns equally in half. Top one side of bun with a bacon rasher and double beef burgers (or single burger if only using one)
7. Pile the other half of the bun with caesar salad.
8. Serve two halves sandwiched together with a skewer or toothpick
