Theo Kalogeracos’ Peppercorn Butterflied Beef Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough stretched and ready to go or use a pre-made base
- 2 cups of Harvey Beef Peppercorn Marinated Rump cut into thin strips
- 90g fresh Mozzarella
- 2 tbsp caramelised onion
- 2 tbsp roasted red capsicum strips marinated in garlic & parsley
- Balsamic glaze to drizzle
- 1 tsp fresh parsley
- 1 tsp shaved parmesan
Instructions
- Pre-heat home oven to 225c fan off
- Break up the mozzarella on the pizza base, starting at the edges first
- Evenly spread the caramelised onions and red capsicums over the pizza
- Place Harvey Beef strips all over the pizza
- Place pizza in the oven for 5 minutes and then check. If not ready keep an eye on it and give it another 2 minutes
- When the pizza is ready cut and then sprinkle the parmesan and parsley, then drizzle balsamic glaze over the top
