Indian Spiced Beef Wraps with Tzatziki & Tomato Salsa
500g Harvey Beef Mince
2 tablespoons korma curry paste
8 tortilla wraps
8 tablespoons tomato salsa
- In a large bowl use your hands to mix beef mince with curry paste. Form into 8 large oval shaped meatballs.
- Heat a large fry pan to a medium heat, fry tortillas for 20 seconds on each side, and set aside. Then add a little oil to the pan & fry meatballs for approx. 10 minutes until golden and cooked through, turning regularly.
- To serve top tortillas with tzatziki & salsa, place meatballs on the top.
