Cooking Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 140C.
  2. Remove from packaging, place in a roasting dish with 1/2 cup of water, pour over any excess marinade and cover with foil. Or, place brisket and marinade ino oven bad, pierce the bag and place into a roasting dish.
  3. Place into oven, cook for 3 hrs per 500g or until meat is able to be pulled.
  4. Remove from oven, place onto a serving dish and pour over remaining marinade.
  5. Cover with foil, allow to rest for 10 mins, then serve.

Slow Cooker

  1. Place into show cooker with 1/2 cup of water.
  2. Slow cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  3. Remove brisketĀ  from slow cooker and pour marinade over the top to serve.
