Cooking Instructions
Oven
- Preheat oven to 140C.
- Remove from packaging, place in a roasting dish with 1/2 cup of water, pour over any excess marinade and cover with foil. Or, place brisket and marinade ino oven bad, pierce the bag and place into a roasting dish.
- Place into oven, cook for 3 hrs per 500g or until meat is able to be pulled.
- Remove from oven, place onto a serving dish and pour over remaining marinade.
- Cover with foil, allow to rest for 10 mins, then serve.
Slow Cooker
- Place into show cooker with 1/2 cup of water.
- Slow cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Remove brisketĀ from slow cooker and pour marinade over the top to serve.
