Master the perfect Sunday roast, with a classic salt and pepper seasoning that brings out the succulent flavour of our premium Western Australian beef. Gluten free. Roast in the oven for best results.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 deg C.
  2. Remove from packaging and place on roasting dish.
  3. Place into oven cook for 25 minutes per 500g. If using a meat thermometer, for medium-rare cook until the internal temperature reaches 55 degrees C.
  4. Remove from oven, place onto a serving dish. Cover with foil, allow to rest for 10 mins, then serve.
  5. Slice across the grain and serve.
