Cooking Instructions
Oven
- Preheat oven to 170ºC. Unwrap, put in roasting tray.
- Cook 1 hour per kg, until internal temp is 64-68ºC.
- Remove from oven. Cover with foil and rest for 10 mins, then slice and serve.
Slow cooker
- Unwrap, put into slow cooker with 600ml stock/water per kg.
- Cook on med/high for 8 hours or low for 12 hours.
- Remove from cooker, pull apart, serve.
Panfry/BBQ
- Unwrap, cut across grain into 3cm thick steaks.
- Preheat pan/BBQ to medium/high.
- Cook for 6 mins each side, turning twice.
- Remove form pan or BBQ, cover with foil and rest for 8 mins, serve.
