Garlic & Rosemary Marinated Beef Rump

Tender and full of flavour. For a spectacular roast, aromatic pulled beef or panfried steaks.

Cooking Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 170ºC. Unwrap, put in roasting tray.
  2. Cook 1 hour per kg, until internal temp is 64-68ºC.
  3. Remove from oven. Cover with foil and rest for 10 mins, then slice and serve.

Slow cooker

  1. Unwrap, put into slow cooker with 600ml stock/water per kg.
  2. Cook on med/high for 8 hours or low for 12 hours.
  3. Remove from cooker, pull apart, serve.


  1. Unwrap, cut across grain into 3cm thick steaks.
  2. Preheat pan/BBQ to medium/high.
  3. Cook for 6 mins each side, turning twice.
  4. Remove form pan or BBQ, cover with foil and rest for 8 mins, serve.
