The Eye Fillet is prepared from the Tenderloin – and as the name suggests, is renowned for being the most tender cut of beef. Pan-fry and serve rare to medium to create a melt-in-your-mouth juicy steak.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat BBQ or pan until hot
  2. Remove steaks from packaging, season with olive oil, salt and pepper
  3. For rare sear steaks for 4 minutes, turning every minute. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
