Special breeds are carefully selected for their propensity to marble and meet the needs of our Japanese and Korean markets, providing lean, yet tender and tasty meat, ensuring a consistently high quality product.
Harvey's geological isolation means it is naturally quarantined from the rest of Australia and the world. Western Australia enjoys an enviable disease free status that is vigorously protected by the Australian Quarantine Inspection Service (AQIS) and the Western Australian Department of Agriculture.
