A delicious marinated brisket expertly seasoned in a classic blend of seeded mustard and black pepper, for an effortless meal everyone will enjoy.
Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 140C.
2. Remove from packaging, place in a roasting dish with 1/2 cup of water, pour over any excess marinade and cover with foil, or place brisket and marinade into oven bag, pierce holes in bag and place in a roasting dish.
3. Place into oven, cook for 3 hours per 500g or until meat is able to be pulled.
4. Remove from oven, place onto a serving dish and pour over remaining marinade.
5. Cover with foil, allow to rest for 10 minutes, then serve.
Slow Cooker:
1. Place into a slow cooker with 1/2 cup of water.
2. Slow cook on low for 6-8 hours.
3. Remove brisket from slow-cooker and pour marinade over the top to serve.
